Why We Exist
Elba Marketing was born from founder Nicole’s realisation that many successful, career-driven women face the challenge of balancing a thriving career with family life. After having children, Nicole, like many others, found the traditional 9-5 lifestyle no longer aligned with the demands of drop-offs, pick-ups, and managing a household. Yet, her passion for driving brand growth never faded, and she wasn’t ready to let go of her professional ambitions.
With over 10 years of experience on both the agency and client side, Nicole also recognised that business needs are constantly evolving, while staff resources often remain fixed. This presented an opportunity for a cost-efficient, adaptable solution.
